faq

Who needs an (paid) editor seat?

A paid seat is required for anyone who wants to submit copy changes or access the design tool plugin. Writers and designers are usually the ones who need it. Others can view and comment on copy in Frontitude with a free Viewer seat!

Is tax included in the price?

All prices are tax exclusive, and additional taxes (GST, VAT, US Sales Tax, etc.) may be applied to your invoice.

How long can I use the Starter plan?

Forever! Whether you're a small startup team or testing out Frontitude before you decide to use it, we believe that you should be able to do that for free.

What are viewer seats?

Since many people in the organization have something to say about copy, we believe it should be shared freely. That's why viewer seats are unlimited and free! Viewers can view copy and design, and comment, but can't edit or submit copy changes.

What is a Project?

A Project holds the entire collection of UX copy for the product or product feature you are developing. Each project is linked to a different design file and can be tracked and synced separately.

What is a Screen?

A Screen is a representation of a artboard or a frame on Frontitude. Each Screen holds the visuals, texts, styles, and fonts that are exported from the design tool to Frontitude.

How many collaborators can I work with?

The Free plan includes 2 Editor seats. The Team and Growth plans include 5 Editor seats out of the box, but each additional Editor is charged separately.

If I remove collaborators, will I lose their contributions?

No. The removed collaborators won’t have access to your projects anymore, but their contributions will still be kept on Frontitude.

How do I pay?

You can pay with a credit card or PayPal. Payment is done via Paddle (https://www.paddle.com), a secure payment processing service for SaaS companies, used by big brands. In the Organization plan, we support also wire transfers.

Is my work secure?

Frontitude invests a significant amount of time in ensuring a secure product is delivered. Our team includes senior engineering architects with experience in cybersecurity, building Frontitude on top of a secure, industry-standard infrastructure using security best practices. Read our Security Statement or contact us at security@frontitude.com for more information about Frontitude's security.

Once I use the Team or Growth plans, can I downgrade to the Free plan?

Yes. If your needs change and you don't require a Team plan anymore, you can downgrade to the Free plan without losing any of your data created on Frontitude.

What happens to my Starter plan data when I upgrade to the Team or Growth plans?

You don't have to do anything when upgrading, all your content and data is automatically migrated.

What does personal training include under the Organization plan?

We offer customized training sessions from one of our experts, to make sure your team will get familiar with all Frontitude's features as quickly as possible.
