FAQ
An editor seat is required for anyone who wants to submit content changes (in source language or translations) or access the design tool plugin. Writers, designers, and translators are usually the ones who need it. Others can view and comment on content with a Viewer seat.
Viewers can view and comment on content and design, but can’t edit or submit content changes. These seats are usually occupied by teammates who review content, like PMs, marketing, localization, and management.
Go with a self-serve plan (Team or Growth) if your team can purchase with a credit card and you want to get started right away.
Pick the Organization plan if your company requires a procurement process, like POs, invoicing, vendor onboarding, or security and legal review.
A Project holds the entire collection of UX content for the product or product feature you are developing. Each project is linked to a different design file and can be tracked and synced separately.
