When working with an abundance of text, it is important to ensure all copy flows through the review process. Frontitude makes this simple with the workflow status feature. Here's how you can setup a copy review process in your team using Frontitude:
Newly created copy coming from the design tool is always marked with New status. All new copy is collected into a unified feed under the New copy tab. This is the starting point for working on your copy.
Once you're satisfied with the new copy change and you'd like other peers to share their feedback, you should submit it for review. Then, reviewers can filter copy with Review status to easily understand which copy is pending review.
Whether you are the reviewer or the author of the copy, you can set its status to Final to indicate that it's ready for production. This allows to easily filter final copy and hand it off to developers using the Export to CSV or code repository integration features.
