Single Sign On (SSO) authentication

Organizations that require enhanced security can configure SAML SSO.

Single Sign-On (SSO) allows users to log into many applications or websites using one set of credentials. Frontitude supports SAML-based Single Sign On (SSO) authentication for workspaces under the Organization plan.

If your account has SSO authentication configured, you can sign in using it by doing the following:

  1. Open Frontitude's SAML sign-in page.
  2. Enter your work email and click Sign in.
  3. You'll be redirected to your organization's sign-in page for authentication.
  4. Once you’re authenticated, you'll be redirected back to Frontitude as a logged-in user.

💡 Even if the workspace is configured with SAML SSO, viewers can sign in using their Google or Microsoft account to allow people outside of your organization to view your content in Frontitude.
