Manage feedback using the Project Discussion Feed

The Project Discussion Feed is extremely useful when you want to review and respond to feedback from teammates. Let's explore how you can use it to enhance collaboration on UX copy.

Open the Discussion Feed

1. Select a Project

2. On the left navigation bar, click the Discussions tab

Filter discussions

You can filter discussions using the following filters:

  • Open only - Selecting this filter will only display open discussions in this project. Unselecting it will also display resolved discussions
  • I was mentioned - Selecting this filter will only display discussions where you were mentioned in a comments
  • You can combine both filters. For example, you can display all open discussions in which you were mentioned, or you can display all discussions in the project (including the resolved ones)

Reply, resolve, or open in edit panel

A few operations are available for each discussion shown in the feed:

  1. Reply to continue the discussion directly from the feed
  2. Resolve the discussion if there's nothing more to add
  3. Get more context by opening the discussed copy in the edit panel
  4. Delete the entire discussion (only available for the discussion starter)
