How it works
- Navigate to the Voice Center and upload your style guide in PDF format.
- The system automatically analyzes the document and extracts writing rules, categorized by topics such as tone, voice, terms, and components.
- Once uploaded, these rules are seamlessly integrated into the UX Writing Assistant plugin.
- Every action you take with the UXWriting Assistant features will reference these rules.

How it works
- Select a text element in your design that you want to improve.
- Open the UX Writing Assistant plugin and choose Rewrite from the menu.
- Pick the action that fits your goal (rewrite, shorten, expand, brainstorm, or simplify).
- The system extracts the design context and cross-references it with your style guide rules.
- Multiple suggestions are generated, each with explanations for how it aligns with your style guide.
- Review the suggestions and click Apply to implement the one that best matches your intent.
Content suggestions
The Rewrite feature generates multiple content suggestions based on your chosen action, each evaluated against your style and includes:
- Compliance Score: A percentage score (0–100) that reflects how closely the suggestion aligns with your style guide rules. A higher score means the text strongly follows your brand’s voice, tone, and terminology.
- Rationale: A brief explanation showing why the suggestion received its score. This highlights which rules were followed (e.g., correct tone, proper terminology) and flags areas that may need attention.

- Review the issues and click Apply fixes directly in your design.
- After fixing violations, run a new scan by clicking New scan > Rescan.
